Taiwanese smartphone maker Asus's upcoming smartphone lineup -- Zenfone 4, Zenfone 4 Selfie, Selfie Pro and Zenfone 4 Max -- has been confirmed a couple of times via different reports. But now, a new smartphone, the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro , has made an appearance on the benchmarking portal Geekbench.
According to this listing, the smartphone features a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1920x1080p resolution. The ZenFone 4 Pro is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with an Adreno 540 GPU (graphics processing unit) and 6GB RAM of which 5.6GB is available, and 64GB internal storage of which 52GB is available.
On the camera front, it sports a 12MP dual rear-camera setup and an 8MP camera in the front. It will run Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box.
The Asus Zenfone 4 will come in two variants based on the processors - Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 and Qualcomm Snapdragon 660. The smartphones will have a 5.5-inch full HD (1080x1920 pixels) display and will cost EUR 499 (roughly ₹37,600). They are said to come with 64GB inbuilt storage coupled with 4GB RAM and will be backed by 3300mAh battery.
The Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie and the Selfie Pro look identical in terms of design. The Zenfone Selfie Pro will include Snapdragon 625 while the Selfie model will feature Snapdragon 430 SoC. Both will be coupled with 4GB RAM, 64GB inbuilt storage and 3000mAh battery. They will include a 5.5-inch AMOLED screen, with the Selfie Pro having a full HD resolution display and the Selfie featuring a HD resolution display. As the name suggests, the smartphones focus on delivering enhanced selfie shots. Both have dual front-facing cameras. The 'Pro' version will have a 24MP+5MP combo, while the regular version will have a 20MP+8MP combination. The Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro was listed for EUR 399 (roughly ₹30,000) and the Zenfone 4 Selfie was seen with EUR 299 (roughly ₹22,500) price tag.
The Asus Zenfone 4 Max sports a 5.2-inch screen with HD resolution and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor. There is also a 3GB RAM, 32GB inbuilt storage, 13MP rear camera and 5MP front-facing camera. It will be priced at EUR 229, which is roughly ₹17,200.
